This is Subtitle 25 of the Baltimore City Code, titled “Confiscated Assets for Neighborhoods.” It is part of Article 01, titled “Mayor, City Council, and Municipal Agencies.” It contains 6 laws.

See State Open Meetings Law in Title 10, Subtitle 5 of the State Government Article. The State law also contains provisions governing notices, minutes, and the like.
